Jacobs4kids.com Colouring Competition
- 1. The promoter is Jacob Fruitfield Foods Limited
- 2. This promotion commences on 24th February at 9am and closes on 31 August 2010 at 11.59pm.
- 3. By entering the promotion, entrants accept and agree to be wholly and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions.
- 4. Entry into this promotion is limited to residents of the Republic of Ireland. The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion. PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIRED: In order for children under 14 years of age to participate in the promotion, we require permission from a parent or guardian (opt-in). When a child enters the promotion or submits personal information, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian will then have to consent to their child's registration or submission of personal information and in relation to entering the promotion, is required to sign the application/entry form.
- 5. There are a total of 6 prizes to be won in this promotion, each consisting of one 185g Jacobs UFO, 160g Spinnies, 195g Happy Faces and 180g Crazy Circus. One prize to be allocated to each winner. The prize can only be claimed by the person named on the eligible entry. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize if required. There will be no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize.
- 6. To enter, entrants must do either of the following:
- a) Download the picture and print it out on your printer, colour or paint in the picture as well as you can. Fill out your name, address and age. Put it in an envelope and post it to: Jacobs4Kids Colouring Competition, 6 Ely Place, Dublin 2
- b) Use the online paint facility on jacobs4kids.com and submit your entry
- No purchase is necessary to enter this competition
- 7. One hamper prize drawn per month. A total of 6 winners will be selected at random by our independent judges. Draw will take place on the 20th of each month from 20th March until 20th September 2010.
- 8. Each winner will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of prize draw. If a winner is not reachable by email within 7 days of being notified of confirmation of winning or is unable for any reason to accept the prize, the prize will be offered to another eligible entrant chosen at random. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- 9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
- 10. The Promoter does not warrant that any use of or access to its website will be uninterrupted by error or virus free, nor shall it or its licensors have any liability for damage caused by hostile software which may infect your computer equipment or property as a result of your use of or browsing of its website.
- 11. Any personal information, including without limitation, the entrant's name, date of birth, address (including postcode) and/or email address will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy http://www.jacobs4kids/privacy.html and any consents obtained from entrants at the time of entering the competition.
- 12. By claiming their prize each winner hereby consents to their name being published on a full list of winners available to the general public. To obtain a full list of winners please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Jacobs4Kids Colouring Competition, 6 Ely Place, Dublin 2.
- 13. Winners and entrants may be required to take part in further reasonable publicity regarding this promotion without further payment or consent.
- 14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the prizes.
- 16. This promotion may be amended or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time, without notice and for whatever reason.
- 17. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
